	Ron Artest at the SGV Aloha Challenge


	Rob Fukuzaki was a special guest at the 2011 SGV Golf Tournament at Rio Hondo Golf Course.


	SGV teams hosted our sister club 808 from Hawaii at the recent OC Rhythm Tournament. The 6 Blue, 6 Black, 7 Black, and 8 Black provided pot luck dinners.


	The SGV girls finally beat Team Japan this year. This is a 6th Grade Challenge. Japan is now 3-1 versus SGV.


	The 10-11 Boys 8 Blue hosted their first annual reunion.


	Our 5 Blues placed 4th at the AAU National Tournament in Hampton Virginia. They will prepare to compete at the 2012 Nationals in Tennessee.


	Our 4 Blues competed at the AAU National Tournament in Orlando, Florida. They will prepare to compete at the 2012 Nationals in Kenner, Louisiana.


	SGV athletes had a blast at the SGV Summer Splash at Elder Park Pool. There was a Parents/Athletes game after swimming.


	The 7 Blues placed 3rd at the Oregon Trails Tournament.


	Abi Olajuwon made a special appearance as a clinician at the recent SGV Summer Boot Camp. Abi is now playing in the WNBA with Tulsa. Many SGV alumni return to the Boot Camp every summer.


	The 7 Blacks traveled to Hawaii for our annual Goodwill Tour with the 808 Basketball Club, Eastsiderz, and Honolulu Sharks.


	The 5 Blues traveled to Cincinatti, Ohio for the AAU National Championships. It was a great experience and they look forward to next year's tournament.

The Boys 8 Blacks won their 4th Tournament in a row winning Championship honors at the Las Vegas Elite Tournament

3 Black at Santa Barbara
The Boys 3 Black finished in a 3-way tie for First Place in Santa Barbara.
6 Blue at So Cal Classic
The Boys 6 Blue won Championship at the recent Swoosh So Cal Classic at the Next Level.

The 8 Black win the NJB Super Sectional Tournament and qualifies for the National Championships. The 7 Blacks also qualified.

The boys placed second at the SGV Invitational,3 points behind the 8th ranked team in the nation.

Our newly formed 5 Blacks placed second at the Edge Tourney under Head Coach Eric Yung.

The boys won Championship honors at the SGV Aloha Challenge.

The boys won their first tournament of the year winning at the HAX. They placed second at the Southeast Warriors.

The 5 Blues won SGV's first tournament of the year. This team also traveled to the AAU National Tournament during the Summer.

6 Blue at AAU District Championships
The Girls won their 3rd Tournament in a row by winning the AAU District Tournament and qualifying at SoCals #1 team and 4th ranked in the Nation. AAU Nationals will be in Tennessee this year.

The 8 Blues made it Four-Years-In-A-Row by winning the Mission Rec Tournament. The 6 Blues and 5 Blues also attended but played up one level.

The girls won the 7th Grade Division. They are also playing up in the 8th Grade division in some tournaments.

The 8 Blues won the Swift High School JV Division. The girls have been playing up competing against High School teams the past couple tournaments.

The girls finished 3rd at the Oregon Trails tournament. This is the West Coast National Tournament.
4 Blues at Orlando, Florida
The 4 Blues competed at the AAU National Tournament in Orlando Florida. They traveled without their center and gained much needed experience for next year's tournament.

5 Blue at Hampton, Virginia
The 5 Blues finished a respectable 4th Place at the AAU National Tournament at Hampton, Virginia.
